1. Service

Atalaia provides domain and email security monitoring, including a free DMARC checker. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Free public checker

The free checker is provided as-is, with no SLA. We rate-limit per IP to keep the service available to everyone.

3. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to query domains you do not control or that you have not been authorized to assess.

5. Liability

Atalaia is provided as-is and without warranty. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
